2. Scope of Work
The LMB Marketing Group agrees to provide social media marketing services to customers. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: The package described on the signed quote
3.Client Responsibilities
Access and Permissions: You grant us access to your social media accounts and necessary permissions.
Timely Communication: Promptly respond to our queries and provide necessary information.
Content Approval: Approve content before posting. Failure to provide revisions within 3 business days is automatic approval for LMB to go live.
4. Deliverables
The LMB Marketing Group will deliver according to the described plan, some exclusions may apply
5. Payment Terms
Pricing: Our fees are outlined in our proposal or agreement.
Payment Terms: Payment is due as specified in the contract.
Late Payments: Late fees may apply for overdue payments or a pause in services
Other Fees: 3% fees may apply for credit and debit card payments.
6. Duration
This contract shall begin on the start date on the quote and will continue until the end date stated unless terminated earlier by either party. All contracts are evergreen and will continue month to month, unless stated otherwise.
6B. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30 day written notice.
7.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of this contract.
8. Intellectual Property
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content we create for you once it has been posted.
License: We have a non-exclusive license to use content for promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from our services.
No Guarantees: We can’t guarantee specific results from social media efforts. Though we will always strive for success, we cannot control other factors like business seasonality, internal roadblocks etc.
10. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
11. Changes to Terms
Updates: We may update these terms; you’ll be notified of any changes.
